Peter Hodgin, Kents Hill School history and economics teacher, shares his thinking and the ways that he incorporates social media into his classroom.
Promoting a shared ownership of the class, material and lessons, Pete has created a notes wiki space that students use to share, update and review course material. He is also introducing the social bookmarking community Delicious as way to help students organize and streamline their on-line research.
Pete's studies at the Center for Teaching History with Technology shape his desire to make collaboration as inclusive and efficient as possible.
