Kimball Union Academy Then and Now
Richard Ryerson, Kimball Union Academy's Director of Admission, sat down with me at the Fall 2008 Independent Educational Consultants Association conference to talk about the growth and changes that he's seen over his 20 years and two stints on the KUA faculty.
KUA has experienced great physical growth with the Flickinger Arts Center, the hockey rink, dining commons, quad and environmental science facilities. Great physical plant growth paralleled a growth in new directions and opportunities for students ranging from study abroad options to the Senior Capstone program in which senior produce independent research and writing.
