The private school rankings debate reared its ugly head during the summer and we couldn’t help but respond with our latest free E-book, “Private School Rankings: They’re Misguided!”
We don’t like rankings and fully believe there are better ways to consider school options.
Finding the best private school for your student is about finding the best fit between what the student needs and the programs and practices of each school. Just as each student is a specific individual, each school is individual in its programs an approaches.
With this book, we encourage families to set aside notions of school rankings- or ‘the best school’ and, instead encourage families to think about what their child needs in term of education and, then, search for, and consider, schools that will grow their child the most.
A product of both private and public education, Brian Fisher served as a teacher, coach, dorm parent, and administrator at three different boarding schools.
