I recommend it if you’re involved, or interested in the questions and issues surrounding the use of agents in recruiting, and admitting, international students.

The questions surrounding the use of agents drive ethical discussions in admission offices of colleges and prep schools.

The views in The Chronicle range from “use agents and regulate them” to “I am firmly against the practice of paying commissions to independent agents for recruiting international students.”
