Boarding School Admission Advice from the Pros

We recently posed this question to six boarding school admission counselors:

“What admission tips would you offer to a family considering a private school?”

Each offers a slightly different take in advising families. Some common themes ring loud and clear.

  • Assessing fit- can you see yourself at the school?
  • Ask lots of questions.
  • Speak with people affiliated with the school to get a deeper sense of the community & offerings- do your research.
  • Relax & have fun!
