Subiaco Academy’s Enrollment Grows
More good news from the boarding school enrollment front. We saw recently that Subiaco Academy (Subiaco, AR) opened the school year with a 7% enrollment increase. Subiaco’s Director of Admission Scott Breed explained to the Southwest Times Record (Private Schools Growing):
Subiaco is one of the least expensive boarding schools in the country, (Breed) said. Subiaco administrators think the economy might benefit it because parents could view Subiaco as an affordable alternative to schools charging twice the tuition.
The boarding school’s domestic student rate is $18,500 a year, whereas the National Association of Independent Schools says the average rate is $40,000, Breed said. Subiaco’s international student rate is $24,000…”
