I have to admit; I was remiss in not putting these two articles together while I was traveling and in the middle of two books a couple of weeks ago when the New York Times ran them:

Miss Hall’s School sent a note to their e-mail list calling attention to the special issue covering women and girls- noting a couple of quotes from each article:

“…women and girls aren’t the problem; they’re the solution.” (NYT)

“Women are the conduits through which change is made.” (NYT)
