History

Randolph-Macon Academy was founded in 1892 as a feeder school for Randolph-Macon College. The Academy is now independent of the college, with its own board of trustees. The school is still affiliated with the United Methodist Church. R-MA remains true to its roots of being a college preparatory school, and as part of that preparation, offers an Air Force JROTC program for students in grades 9-12.

You will have the opportunity to tour the campus and facilities and meet teachers, admission counselors and students. Visiting campus is the best way to know if R-MA is the right school for you! Tours begin promptly at 10:00 am. Please arrive by 9:45 am to register. Classes will be in session during this open house. RSVPs are requested.
