Please share a few thoughts about your experiences with Cushing Academy: Cushing Academy is not only a school, it is an experience. I always hear people talk about how the school changed their life, and don't get me wrong, it did. However, it also made my life. I did not know who i was or what i was interested in until i came here and met so many different people. This place is unique. It is like living in a bubble that prepares me for the real world. I feel like i am ready for college and the rest of my life.

Please share a few thoughts about your experiences with Cushing Academy: Friends and teachers here in Cushing encouraged me to develop myself further, and I was able to step out my comfort zone to seek for opportunities and chances. It's a great community that brings people from all over the world together, and so we are able to learn and share different cultures and ideas together in one place.

Please share a few thoughts about your experiences with Cushing Academy: I have been at Cushing Academy for the past four years, and I have no regrets. Coming from public school, I was doubtful that I could possibly enjoy the different environment of a private institution. I was wrong, as I am wishing that the days would go by slower, so that I did not have to leave this community behind. The teachers here have been a major help to me. Dr. Grant Geske (my chemistry professor) helped me start up a Mountain Biking Club that is an afternoon activity at Cushing, and just completed its second year of running with a full roster. I will never forget all the opportunities that this academy was able to offer me and the memories that were associated with it.

Please share a few thoughts about your experiences with Cushing Academy: Cushing was the absolute best thing for me. Because of Cushing I am more prepared in every aspect for college. I loved the social preparation as well as academic challenge Cushing gave me. I am very thankful for everything this academy gave me.

Please share a few thoughts about your experiences with Cushing Academy: Cushing Academy has been a chapter in my life that will guide me in the future years. With the friends and teachers that have shared there wisdom and knowledge with me, I was able to find myself and learn what it is I want to do with my life. The class of 2013 started the tradition of "slip and rise," in which the senior class got up at 5am and had a slip and slide down hockey hill. It was moments like these that made me love Cushing.
