Oct 30, 2008 -- Westover drama students will stage Howard Ashman's Little Shop of Horrors on Friday, Nov. 7th, and Saturday, Nov. 8th, at 7:30 p.m. in the School's Performing Arts Center.

Little Shop of Horrors, with music by Alan Menken and book and lyrics by Howard Ashman, is the story of Seymour, a young, awkward florist clerk who discovers a plant with unusual appetites, and Audrey, his coworker and crush, who is dating the sadistic and psychotic Orin. The two get into trouble when the plant's fame causes Seymour to cross a line trying to appease the plant's extravagant tastes.
